Job Overview
As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for handling the company's operation and logistic affairs and directly supporting the General Manager’s daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. General manager Support
- Directly support the General Manager with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
- Act as a point of contact in the General Manager’s absence, coordinating internal and external communications.
- Manage daily operations to ensure all operation & logistic processes are efficiently conducted.
- Oversee the operation including logistic team, ensuring effective team operations.
- Responsible for facilities management, including the maintenance of plant equipment and supplies.
- Manage and coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet expected objectives.
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all departments.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant management experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office and administrative management systems.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Salary Range
SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000.
