Job Descriptions

  • Accounting tasks (document creation, data entry into the accounting system)
  • Departmental data and document management
  • General office duties (organizing documents, handling visitors, arranging business trips, etc.)
  • Support for seminars (including webinars)
  • Basic research, such as listing companies
  • Communication and coordination with internal and external parties (scheduling business appointments, etc.)
  • Basic English-Japanese translation

Job Requirements

  • At least three years of work experience
  • Experience in supporting accounting or general office tasks
  • Ability to create documents using Word and Excel

Preferred:

  • Experience working for a Japanese company or a Japanese-affiliated company abroad
  • Experience creating documents using PowerPoint

Benefits

  • AWS provided after one year of employment (equivalent to one month’s salary)

Working hours

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
