Job Descriptions
- Accounting tasks (document creation, data entry into the accounting system)
- Departmental data and document management
- General office duties (organizing documents, handling visitors, arranging business trips, etc.)
- Support for seminars (including webinars)
- Basic research, such as listing companies
- Communication and coordination with internal and external parties (scheduling business appointments, etc.)
- Basic English-Japanese translation
Job Requirements
- At least three years of work experience
- Experience in supporting accounting or general office tasks
- Ability to create documents using Word and Excel
Preferred:
- Experience working for a Japanese company or a Japanese-affiliated company abroad
- Experience creating documents using PowerPoint
