HR (Payroll Specialist) Up to $4800 + VB
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Payroll 80% + HR policies 10% + Recruitment/training 10%)
· Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and support various HR functions such as payroll processing and employee data management.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application and compliance across the organization.
· Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making and improve HR practices.
· Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
· Address employee concerns and conflicts, provide guidance on workplace policies, and foster a positive work environment.
· Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain and update employee records to comply with legal requirements.
· Assist with performance appraisal processes, including setting up performance reviews, providing feedback, and supporting employee development initiatives.
· Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Administer employee benefits programs, handle compensation inquiries, and ensure that compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
· Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to relevant health and safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Min 5 years of experience in full set HR Generalist Role.
• Min 5 years of full set Payroll experience.
