Accounts and HR Administrator

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment and prior supervisory experience
  • Minimum Polytechnic graduate in accounting

Job Description:

Accounting Work

  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure all financial records are organised and easily retrievable.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Assist in month-end closing and inventory,

Administrative work

  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
  • Managing company HR documentation, including payroll, CPF, EP and work permits and foreign workers' levy matters.
  • Updating employee timesheet records
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
