- 2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment and prior supervisory experience
- Minimum Polytechnic graduate in accounting

Accounting Work
- Publish financial statements in time
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure all financial records are organised and easily retrievable.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Assist in month-end closing and inventory,
Administrative work
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
- Managing company HR documentation, including payroll, CPF, EP and work permits and foreign workers' levy matters.
- Updating employee timesheet records
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
