Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Actively monitor and manage ongoing F&B projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective project execution and maintaining strong relationships with designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to guarantee that all work aligns with project specifications and meets high quality standards.
- Team Communication: Ensure effective and clear communication across project teams and with stakeholders, organizing and documenting meetings, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Project Planning Support: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure project success.
- Tendering Process Assistance: Support the tendering process by preparing documents, evaluating bids, and assisting in the selection of contractors/vendors.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project stages, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded and accessible.
- Financial Management: Manage sourcing requests, capital expenditure requests, and purchase orders as necessary to support project execution.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience in the F&B or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with F&B operations, customer experience, and up-to-date on the latest dining trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as SketchUp and CAD.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
