· Project Planning and Execution: Led project planning and execution, ensuring business goals were met with timely milestone delivery. Managed blockchain-based projects, integrating decentralized technology into new product lines.
· Blockchain & NFT Product Development: Spearheaded the development of blockchain and NFT-based products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and progress.
· Stakeholder Coordination: Engaged with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on blockchain-related project goals, addressing concerns around smart contract integration, security, and scalability.
· Process Improvement: Refined development processes to enhance efficiency, incorporating blockchain technology to drive innovation in product development.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocated resources to balance scope, budget, and timelines for both blockchain-based and traditional projects.
Requirement
- 5-7 years of experience in digital project management, preferably having gone through at least one (1) full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- 5-7 yrs of managing projects in blockchain, NFT products
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
