We are a small management service firm providing accounting, tax, and corporate secretariat service to local small and medium-sized companies. We are looking for an assistant to handle corporate secretarial duties and to provide admin functions.
Responsibility:
- Maintain secretary records of existing clients
- Prepare directors’ resolutions and AGM minutes
- Keep corporate matters like shares transfer, resignation and appointment of director, increase share capital and etc. up-to-date
- Preparing relevant forms and perform e-filling with government bodies (ACRA/IRAS)
- Perform any other admin duties and support as and when assigned
- Those without qualification but have experience are welcome to apply

Requirements
- Diploma with relevant corporate secretarial experience
