This position will be responsible for providing account management to key Regional Clients in APAC.
The Regional Client Account Manager will be required to develop an aggressive sales strategy, action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales & business targets for existing business, as well as new business. In addition, the position will be responsible for ensuring that existing agreements and contracts are renewed at the end of the contractual term.
In terms of existing accounts, this is to be achieved through the upselling and cross-selling of Aspire’s services to both business units that are already being serviced, but also to business units that are not under the purview of existing service agreement.
Account Management & General Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceeded Sales and Account KPI for all Regional Accounts in APAC
- Ensure there is regular interaction with key stakeholders. The Accounts and Client Services Manager will be the face of the organization for Regional Accounts.
- 100% compliance to Quarterly Business Review with key regional clients.
- Drive Client engagement and customer utilization with new services and programs with Regional Stakeholders.
- Bi-weekly calls with countries to drive utilization and engagement locally.
- Owns the contract and the contract renewals process and shall be fully responsible in striving to attain 100% renewal strategy.
- Meet account receivables targets and ensure that all accounts pay promptly and within agreed credit terms with zero bad debt accounts.
