- Create and manage quality assurance and quality plans, ensuring they align with project requirements and standards.
- Review of project quality requirements, project quality plan, method statements, inspection & test plans and inspection checklist.
- Conduct onsite inspections or periodic site quality surveillance inspections.
- Identify and document non-conformities and discrepancies. Develop correction action plans and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project specifications and resolve any quality-related concerns.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Preparation of periodic QA/QC Reports, maintenance of quality records and any necessary QA/QC documentations at project sites.
- Ensuring that construction projects meet all required standards, specifications, and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years relevant site experience in quality assurance/control within the civil engineering or construction industry
- Proficiency in industry-standard quality control techniques, materials testing, and inspection methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with project teams and stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of quality control and documentation.
