Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents. Document any changes in design and updating budgets. Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for contract and procurement management. Communicate with the team to ensure they have all necessary documents and information. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor
· Relevant experience from Construction industry working as a A1 Main Contractor
· Proficient in Chinese and English languages to commute with clients
