Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company capabilities and trade lanes to achieve sales targets.
- Build a strong pipeline to identify and win new customer opportunities, ensuring effective execution of win plans.
- Establish and maintain a network of customer contacts to build trust and strong relationships.
- Develop strategies to create value-adding partnerships with customers and convert opportunities into actionable plans.
- Monitor market trends, supply and demand, and competition to optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing.
- Coordinate with departments to meet customer requirements and develop SOPs for each secured customer.
- Maintain updated sales activities in Salesforce for accurate monthly reporting to management.
- Develop and use marketing collateral effectively, collaborating with marketing and administration teams.
Job Requirements:
- More than 10 years relevant working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Min. Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management.
- Confident to bring in MNCs Customer and over 2.5x of salary in Gross Profit (GP).
