Main Responsibilities:
· Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
· Able to lead a team of foreign workers
· Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
· Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping
· Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
· Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site.
· Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.
· Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works;
· Supervise site progress which includes attending site meeting and discussion;
· Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as and when assigned.
