- Overseeing all career development-related analysis and reporting.
- Actively participating in new initiatives and global alignment efforts.
- Handling daily career development and performance management activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Possesses strong business accumens, organisation and attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and HRIS system
