Job Description
- The Claims Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, and adopt a pro-active approach to advice clients on claims matter and provide technical support to servicing brokers.
- The Executive will front clients' claim adjudication i.e. from registration till the end of claims life cycle.
- Ensure that claims are registered with insurer
- Ensure close follow up on claims submission to insurer and claims settlement
- Prepare and provide weekly / monthly claims activity / review / analysis reports
- Prepare, review and analyze claims profiling with clients regularly.
- Ensure proper documentation trail submitted by clients and documents are electronically fille and hardcopy filing are maintained as per protocol.
The Successful Applicant
- Knowledge on insurance/reinsurance industry
- Strong numeric skills and good written skills
- Familiar with MS Excel
