Job Description:
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, and administrative support to those within the same team.
Plan and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials.
Record meeting minutes, track and follow up on action items, projects.
Compile data and consolidate weekly reports.
Ensure expenses are properly classified and accounted for.
Accompany Director for external meetings and events.
Manage correspondences and disseminate important information across the organization.
Work closely with other teams and committee members.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Workspace Apps.
Working experience in the related field would be preferred.
Strong organization and time management skills, able to work independently.
Fast paced working environment, thus requiring the ability to adapt to changes and multitask.
Meticulous and has excellent attention to details to ensure accuracy of reports.
Maintain professionalism, do not divulge personal and confidential information.
Be presentable, wear appropriate office attire at all times.
