- Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer’s order accurately and timely based on work order.
- Maintains effectively day to day contact with customers and vendors in order to update business activities.
- Provide administrative sales support to sales team.
- Handling of shipping and forwarding documents and operations coordination.
- Data entry and filing.
- Handle of purchase orders (PO), issuing delivery orders (DO), invoice and etc.
- Maintaining daily and monthly report.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- GCE N/O/A Level/ Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office: Words and Excel
- Able to work independently, initiative with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment.
- Basic shipping knowledge advantageous.
