Job Description :
- Reports to Project Director and manages overall delivery of project safely, on time and within budget
- Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely submission and approval of project deliveries according to baseline programme and cost reduction through optimization whenever possible.
- Oversees operations of projects activities, including but not limited to project setup, organization structure, cost management, project quality, progress reporting, site safety and security
- Ensures the project is implemented according to company’s project implementation plan and policies
- Reports project progress to senior management.
- Chairs regular internal progress meetings.
- Attends meetings with client, authorities and subcontractors.
- Supports HQ in tender preparation.
Requirements :
- Possess the necessary tertiar academic qualifications recognized by PEB relevant to building projects
- Has at least (10) years of demonstrable experience in commerical building works
- Strong leader with good communication and writing skills, self-motivated and work independently
- Familiar with digital engineering and construction delivery
