- Ensure optimization of delivery processes and bringing in cost effectiveness using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Deploy Business Continuity strategies and ensure that there is no downtime for mission critical processes.
- Oversee the entire life cycle management of critical equipment. Vendor Management and Contract Management of these critical equipment to ensure 100% uptime and cost effectiveness during the operational life cycle.
- Responsible to make critical business decisions in consultation with Delivery head to meet customer expectations.
- Deploy Energy Savings Opportunities and develop action Plan to improve Energy Performance Index of facilities.
- Working level knowledge of Environment protection rules, solid waste management, plastic waste management, E-waste management, Construction & demolition waste management, etc.
- Contribute to the Net Zero vision / Carbon neutrality practices of the company by identifying and implementing sustainability initiatives. Knowledge of standards such as ISO 90001 for Quality Management / ISO 140001 for Environmental Management / ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety
- ISO 50001 for Energy Management Systems is essential.
- Expertise in sourcing premium office spaces, negotiating favorable lease terms, and ensuring adherence to all legal and statutory requirements.
- Proven ability in establishing and managing Delivery Centers, ensuring seamless operations, and prioritizing the safety and security of personnel and infrastructure. Knowledge of standard safety norms and protocols is essential.
- Prepare and manage the delivery center budget. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Proven Vendor Management ability to Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- Manage procurement activities for both capital goods and services, negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
- Ability to implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising on quality and ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
