Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the cafe
- Take orders and processing payments through POS
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food options, such as coffee, tea, pastries and sandwiches in accordance to SOP
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform daily routine maintenance and cleaning of equipments and stations in accordance to SOP
- Perform inventory checks on products and ingredients
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping and food hygiene at all time
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items based on insights
- Support service crew works.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Barista working experience and basic latte art skills is preferred but no essential. Training will be provided
- Good communication skill and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A proactive learner and team player
Location: The Arcade (Raffles Place)
Working Days: Weekdays only (Monday to Friday)
Typical Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Salary Range: $2,200 - $3,000 (Based on experience)
