We are looking for a F&B Manager for our restaurant who is responsible in managing all operations. The successful candidate will forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Description:
Oversee the daily operations of the dessert shop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned are according to expectations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue
Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing events.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of all products served.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing ongoing coaching and development.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and recognize achievements.
Tally sales reports.
Monitor and control operational expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenditures.
Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve budgeted goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in F&B, must have new F&B set-up operations knowledge
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Ability to work shift hours, including weekends
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates
