Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts and plans for new and existing locations, aligning with brand standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and franchisees, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and design renderings using design software.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and materials that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, address design-related issues, and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the hospitality or franchise sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
