JOB DESCRIPTION

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and accounts.
- Record and classify financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate reports on financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Manage and track expenses, ensuring they are recorded and categorized correctly.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Economics/Accounting
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
