RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining highest quality Food Hygiene procedures and practice
- To assist restaurants & central kitchen operation team in Quality Management for the organisation and to design processes and establish methods for continuous quality improvement in conjunction with the SHE (Safety, Health, Environment)
- To perform any other related duties assigned by the management team from time to time
- Work on monthly report directly report to managing director
- Implement, monitor, review of QC management system
- To maintain acceptable stock level for raw ingredients & finished products
REQUIREMENTS
- Experiences in F&B QA/QC process
- Must be English literate
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant working experience in food industry
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- 6 days work week, will be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays
