Responsibilities:
- Assist management to formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximise the sales volume and leasing activities for 3 of our companies industrial properties at Senoko Road and Burn Road.
- Assist management to establish and maintain relationship with key decision makers in the leasing network, including small, middle and/or large corporates
- Identify and negotiate with potential tenants on new leases and follow through with all documentation (including tenancy agreement) to complete the lease transaction
- Maintain good relationship with existing tenants and handle all lease renewals
- Execute marketing and communication activities for (a) tenant relationship management and (b) to build up network of potential tenants
- Meet or exceed the targets set for the portfolio of properties responsible for
- Will be involved in budgeting or costing activities
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or any related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation for leasing
- Should have some facility maintenance or engineering knowledge to manage the assigned properties effectively
- Good track record in office sales and leasing
- Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and tenant relationship management skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
