Job Summary:
The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, communicating these to the development team, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Job description:
· Stakeholder Management: Understand and gather project requirements from stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
· Communication: Clearly and promptly communicate project expectations, milestones, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
· Project Tracking: Oversee and monitor the progress of projects using project management tools to ensure timely delivery. Maintain detailed project documentation, including logs for all project tasks.
· Priority Management: Assess project priorities and constraints to allocate resources and timelines effectively.
· Task Delegation: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate developers based on their skills and project needs.
· Testing and Deployment: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure projects meet the required standards before deployment. Oversee the testing phases of the project lifecycle.
· Documentation: Keep comprehensive project documentation including stakeholder requirements, project progress reports, and final deployment deliverables.
· Design Tools Familiarity: Utilize flowchart diagrams and wireframes to plan and present project specifications clearly.
Working schedule & Salary package
- 5 days working per week Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.30pm), 2 day off.
- $2,800 - $3,800 SGD (Depends on experiences)

Requirements:
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
· Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management within an IT environment.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software (e.g. JIRA, GitHub). Understanding of software development and web technologies. Skilled in using tools for creating flowcharts and wireframes.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and risks.
· Certifications: Certification in Project Management is preferred.
