Sales & marketing executive

Mars Consulting Pte. Ltd.

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
    Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Marketing Execution:Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
    Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
    Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on sales metrics, marketing performance, and campaign effectiveness.
    Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
