Job Description:

HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent and will be adept at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various positions within the company.

2. Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract candidates.

3. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.

4. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings and maintain regular contact with potential candidates.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.

6. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and provide regular updates and reports to management.

8. Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work and develop innovative ways to engage potential candidates.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
