Responsibilities:
· Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations.
· Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, policy reviews, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc.
· Handle S-Pass and E-Pass applications (new, renewal, cancellation).
· Maintain and update the HR information database, ensuring an effective document control and filing system.
· Oversee employer-employee relations, handle disciplinary actions, and address staff inquiries.
· Manage employee welfare programs.
· Monitor, update, and ensure compliance with all new regulatory requirements.
· Support ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
· Minimum 5-8 years of working experience, prior experience in the construction industry is highly valued.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong technical competence and time management skills.
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
· Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
· Familiarity with workplace privacy and confidentiality.
· Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
