Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn) to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) while optimising for Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Content Marketing: Establish Qapita as the thought leader in Southeast Asia through proprietary or co-authored content, such as eBooks, blogs, case studies, and reports.
- Event Planning: Ideate, organize and manage events (virtual and in-person) to drive top-of-the-funnel engagement and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and visibility across search engines; enhance website performance.
- Community/Ecosystem Building: Develop and execute strategies to build Qapita's presence and mind share via online communities and offline networks of founders, investors, and stakeholders
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success and Product teams to create compelling value propositions that drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Legally authorised to work in Singapore without requiring a work visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales or marketing roles in a B2B environment.
- Strong network within startup and venture capital ecosystems across Southeast Asia.
- Keen understanding and passion for private markets and equity management globally.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems (agnostic).
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (English).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
