Major tasks: Provide field services to customers in Semiconductor industries.
- Installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of equipment at customer's factory.
- De-installation & relocation of wafer FAB's equipment.
- Support customer on facilities construction (electric, CDA, Gas system, vacuum, exhaust, cooling water…)
- Receive technology transfer & technical training at equipment manufacturer.
- Give training & technical consulting to customer.
- Support other departments to provide services to customers.
- Perform inhouse repair services of equipment and devices (Heater jackets, Vacuum valves…)
Minor tasks
- Support logistic activities (parts packing, unpacking, delivery)
- Support 6S activities (parts arrangement, labelling, housekeeping…)
- Manage, usage & preserve all necessary tools & equipment.
- Attend and report all training course assigned by company.
- Follow all policies & regulations of company as well as working safety policies.
- Perform other task as appointed by team leader and Operation Manager.
- Write and send reports (Service report, Repair report, Project daily reports...) according to company policies and work procedure.
Responsibility
- Perform and finish all tasks assigned by team leader and Department Manager
- Support customer on troubleshooting & repair of tools as soon as possible to minimize tool-down time.
- Protect all confidential information of company and customers.
- Report on time.
Authority
- Request other departments to support to do assigned tasks.
- Right to request necessary equipment to perform assigned tasks.
- Right to refuse tasks that not related to this job description or work that is not assured safety condition.
Please report all issues to higher manager at actual cases.
Work condition
- Place of work: Semiconductor wafer fab (Clean room, sub-fab) and GTSS workshop
- Work 5 days per week: 8.5 hours per day. Able to work OT (evening and weekend) when necessary.
