Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying and translating business/market/client and customer opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve team and company targets. Implements all technology tools and systems into respective markets while continuously seeking and driving further business efficiencies and effectiveness through process, systems, and SOPs. Leads client and organization's business effectiveness by applying operational intelligence and customer relationship management best practices and tools. Manages operating departmental budgets and costs as well as accountable for net sales/EBIT/headcount responsibility, where applicable.

• Merge multiple data sources internal/external to ensure consistency in business advisory
• Determine and establish customer/client maturity and develop suitable statistical models, prescriptive analytics, predictable modelling to deliver against their needs
• Continuously automate the business and make it more efficient and effective through statistical models, data models, database architecture, reporting, and process improvement
• Project Management process and procedures
• Manage and Analyse change requests
• System/Solution Configuration and UAT
• Manage delivery and provider relationship
• Maintain and submit accurate and timeous reports on projects, change requests, delivery versus targets etc.

• The custodian for all internal data, reporting, quality, and visualization
• Manage all projects from scoping to delivery
• Develop and implement client specific strategic and tactical business plans/objectives. Translate client integrated data sources to actionable insights
• Manage market/region total roll out plans and execute against goals set
Stakeholders
• Manage Centralized business intelligence and analytics and insights to support internal departments as well as clients
• Implement Regional and Global Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics and insights strategy into the country and clients
• Engage with client to establish and drive co-jointed business data strategies
• Manage all analytics, insights, modelling, prescriptive and predictable model implementation and deliverables across all business units
• Internal and external stakeholder needs assessments and expectation management

• Review adherence to technology, systems and Data protection acts and ensure all complies
• Manage all internal and external stakeholders from gathering needs to scope to deliver against time and costs and manage all expectations and meeting the needs that was put forward
• Align with all internal management on new processes, procedures, systems, tools efficiency and effectiveness and implement these to make the business better
• Ensure effective problem resolution within agreed timelines with all stakeholders
• Conduct BI and technology risk assessments and mitigate against identified aspects
• Ensure policy, procedure and data protection compliance
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with other IT sub departments , internal departments and clients
• Coordinate all user queries, resolve issues in collaboration with relevant departments and providers - and follow the appropriate escalation process where required
• Support the business through data analysis to identify areas for revenue/profit enhancement
• Support the business to be more profitable through automation or identifying new ways of working or more effective tools for labor redistribution
• Prepare and conduct client monthly and quarterly business review and align with client and operational teams on actions and way forward
• Analyze current retail and international trends to determine impact on clients' local market operations using BI strategy/best practices
• Build collaborative relationship between operations team and client's representatives
• Collaborate with Smollan business partners in various regions to benchmark BI best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science (BSc) Business Analytics, Data Science, Computation Data Science, Master of Science an added advantage
Minimum Experience:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management and managerial capacity
