- Study and review M&E Drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants, sub-contractors as well as project structural & architectural colleagues team to resolve any technical, site issues and discrepancies.
- To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection with RTO
- To supervise M&E subcon works and ensure subcontractors progress in accordance to schedule set
- Arrange all the M&E T&C works
- Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials and method statement are to be approved before use
- Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the ID works
