We are looking for an experienced and creative Food & Beverage Manager to drive the development and execution of our menu, pricing strategies, and overall concept. The successful candidate should have a solid background in the food and beverage industry, excellent creativity, and strong leadership skills. This role is essential for delivering appealing, innovative, and cost-effective offerings aligned with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development:

- Create and design a diverse menu that aligns with our brand and appeals to our target audience.
- Ensure menu items reflect culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Work with chefs and kitchen staff to test and refine recipes.

Pricing Strategy:

- Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
- Implement pricing models considering food costs, labour, and overhead.

Concept Creation:

- Develop a unique concept for our F&B offerings to enhance the customer experience.
- Create branding and marketing strategies to promote the concept.
- Ensure the concept is reflected consistently in the menu, décor, and service style.

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the F&B department for smooth service.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships for high-quality ingredients.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to excel in service and operations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

- Monitor customer feedback and adapt the menu and service accordingly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and gather insights for continuous improvement.
