Roles & Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant to the Chief Account Manager in our design team. This role involves serving as the link between clients and the design team, managing inquiries, and providing regular updates. Additionally, the position requires assisting in the preparation of design briefs, schedules, and budgets, while also supporting the Chief Account Manager in overseeing the team and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Occasionally, it may be necessary to complete the day's tasks before finishing for the day.
Skills & Knowledge requirements:
1. Minimum a diploma holder of any field of studies.
2. Pay attention to details and uphold confidentiality.
3. Excellent time management and planning/organising skills.
4. Comfortable with routine job and able to multitask.
5. Takes initiative and is reliable with positive attitude, able to work under pressure.
