Key Responsibilities:
Soitec continues to reinforce its market position with the growing adoption of our products across four major markets: Mobile Phones, Automotive, Internet of Things and Data Center Solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key FD-SOI products, enabling:
● Continued adoption of our Fully-Depleted Silicon-on-Insulator (FD-SOI) technology,
● Improved solutions, for digital processing and computing,
● Emerging applications in Edge AI and related markets.
As a member of the Edge AI and digital processing Business Unit (BU), you will be an active contributor in strategically supporting BU products across various customers and regions and, therefore, have a proven record of professionalism in supporting technical customer engagement. You also enjoy working independently and with a quality focused mind-set. As Product Manager, Edge AI and digital processing BU you will effectively become the key interface in bringing innovative Soitec technologies to high-volume manufacturability. This multifaceted role requires forging trusted relationships with internal functions and continuous alignment with the General Manager, Edge AI and digital processing BU.
Requirements:
In order to succeed in this exciting role, we expect you to have demonstrated tangible results in several of the following areas:
• Experience in Quality & Production Oversight, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
• Experience in Data-Driven Decision Making pertaining to customer requests, product adjustments, and strategic direction.
• Experience in monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product yield to assess product performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Develop and implement action plans according to the product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective execution is mandatory
• Able to lead product line audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives while focusing on product control plans and FMEA
• Experience in spearheading efforts to improve product yield, cycle time, and avoid delinquency
• Able to act as the primary interface for key customers, including major Foundries and IDMs, to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Able to provide expert support in the field to address customer needs and promote product adoption.
• Lead and manage the resolution of customer-initiated issues, driving continuous improvement and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct regular technical reviews to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to contribute to product strategy discussion that aligns with business objectives to ensure growth and market competitiveness is desired
• Serve as the owner for BU R&D projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
• Able to Conduct regular workshops and technical reviews to foster innovation, optimize processes, and ensure alignment across teams is desirable
• Collaboration with Innovation (R&D) teams to spearhead new product development and qualification processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing offerings.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, multicultural organization is preferred
• Proficiency with program management (and issue-tracking) tools is mandatory
• Knowledge with program methodologies such as Lean, Agile or SAFe is preferred
