Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to employees of our partner companies, clients and banks
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats and professional requests
- Source and verify important case facts
- Preserve and maintain case file records
- Bring IT services to full capacity
Requirements
- Be the Swiss army knife of our partner company’s industry
- Engage the work with a structure to organize the files with timely accuracy
- Have the soft skills to connect with anyone and everyone
- At least 1+ years experience in administration/executive capacity
- Meticulous, multi-tasking, independent and team player
- Minimum professional certification or diploma
