As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the dynamic world of E-commerce and Logistic management. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of account management, content management, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship development. You will be a key point of contact for product and order inquiries, logistics-related matters, and post-sales support. This role may also require occasional business travel.
Job Descriptions:-
- Efficiently manage daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee product listing and catalog management, maintaining up-to-date product information.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time to time.
- Maintain and improve basic product descriptions to enhance product discoverability and consumer understanding.
- Collaborate with relevant team and Client to implement website design changes and other non-product-related amendments as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the business development team and marketing/social media personnel to ensure synergy in e-commerce strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and partners to drive growth and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and order inquiries, addressing customer or partner queries promptly and professionally.
- Handle logistics-related inquiries to ensure efficient order delivery.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including managing customer feedback and addressing complaints effectively.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks related to the business, such as meeting preparation and assisting in day-to-day operations.
- Be prepared for occasional business trips as required.
Qualifications:
- Poses Diploma or higher educational level, Major in Business Admin, Marketing or Supply Chain and Logistics management preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management and business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and social media.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing outstanding post-sales support.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools.
