11.Job posting,sourcing,interviewing,contract signing and onboarding for new employee

13.Course booking (CSOC, BCSS, FORKLIFT, EXCAVATOR etc.)
14. Apply PCP for foreign workers
15.Payroll calculation for all workers
16.Salary summary arrangement (Three working days before departure date)
17.Report to MOM for work injury case (Company letter with letter head, Original WP card, Passport) process WP
18.Cancellation and issue special pass, monitor the special pass duration
19.Letter distribution / Date Stamp
20.WP renewal, security bond extension (Prepare Forms)

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years of Human Resource work experience
3. Must have work experience in Payroll
4. Able to speak and write both Engalish and Mandarin
5. Able to work overtime and work under high pressure.
6. Good organizational, planning and communication skills.
7. Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft softwar (Excel, Word & PPT)
9.Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in both English and Chinese.
