- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8 am – 5 pm; Sat 8 am – 12 pm
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender and contracts
- Undertaking cost analysis for tenders, repair, and maintenance project work
- Allocating upcoming work to contractors
- Manage all costs relating to projects, seeking to minimize costs and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality
- Adhoc duties as assigned
