Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to lead of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
- Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- To implement control measures on material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
- Supervise daily site activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
- Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residental Condo, Residential Development
- Preferred to have PPVC experiences
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
- Certificate of Project Manager
