Quantity Surveyor (QS) (Electrical Engineering)
Salary : $3,000 - $3,500
Working hour : Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Location : Pioneer
Job Description:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical engineering projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
* Analyze project specifications and designs to determine the scope and requirements for cost calculations.
* Provide cost advice during the planning and design phases of projects.
* Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and pricing schedules for electrical projects.
* Review and assess tender submissions, negotiate prices, and recommend suitable contractors or suppliers.
Requirement:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
* Min 1 year experience in cost management, tendering, and contracts within the electrical or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of electrical engineering systems, materials, and project management.
* Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
