Overview: Join a dynamic fintech company as a Commercial Director, driving revenue growth and expanding their client base. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales and industry expertise, ready for a fast-paced startup environment.
- Numbers driven and ability to demonstrate quick ramp up (first order of business)
- Comfortable with start up pace (this means you have the opportunity to contribute to SOP, Growth eventually)
- Hands-on, building business whilst hiring and leading sales reps (you have to be both a player and a coach)
- Based in Singapore; however, depending on your experience, remotely covering particular countries / region / globe
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the enterprise and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present tailored solutions to clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- 10 years and more of experience in enterprise/commercial sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
