Responsibilities:
- Answer service phone calls, inquiries pertaining to services and meter reading issues
- Coordinate daily service activities with customer/technicians to resolve issues and complaints
- Escalating service support issue when required, and follow up on calls
- Review, verify and updating of completed jobs such as technical and general service
- Prepare quotation for parts / maintenance contract / Credit Note / Debit note / Letter
- Uploading of meter reading and generation of Meter Reading Report.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of customer service experience in call center.
- Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel formula & pivot table.
- Candidate with experience in SAP System is preferred.
- Good project management skills with strong communication skills.
- Customer centric mentality, comfortable handling customers’ calls and emails.
- Excellent skills in time management to be able to meet deadlines and pressure and to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
