Responsibilities:
- Support legal matters, including preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate and review agreements (e.g., facility letters, finance agreements, service/supplier contracts).
- Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory issues.
- Handle complaints, disputes, and litigation; coordinate with external counsel.
- Maintain legal databases and ensure compliance with policies.
- Report on legal matters to senior management and suggest improvements.
- Provide legal training and assist with general coordination.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Law degree, Passed the bar exam to be qualified to practice law.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of private law, including data protection, IP, HR, and finance.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of ASEM political issues is a plus.
- Excellent communication, English proficiency, and MS Office skills.
