Our Client is a real estate developer. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage tenant relations, ensuring inquiries, complaints, and emergencies are handled promptly to maintain tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee leasing processes, aiming for high occupancy rates through effective marketing and tenant screening.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property improvements, ensuring compliance with standards and budget.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, lease compliance, and address any issues.
  • Prepare and manage annual property budgets, monitoring expenses to stay aligned with financial goals.
  • Ensure timely rent collection, manage rent rolls, and enforce lease terms for non-payment.
  • Review and approve invoices, optimize vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.
  • Administer and update leases, including renewals and amendments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure properties are adequately insured.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports on property performance, including occupancy, finances, and tenant satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related engineering field, with 8-10 years of property management experience, including 5 years managing portfolios.
  • Experience with both industrial and commercial properties; professional certifications like CPFM or GM Accredited Professional
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with solid financial acumen for managing budgets and reports.
  • Knowledgeable in local property laws, regulations, and building codes, with a keen interest in innovative development ideas.

  • Location: Changi
  • Working days: 5 Days
  • Salary: Up to $7K / Negotiable and Bonus (salary will be commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
