Responsibilities
- Manning the 24/7 Regional Security Services Centre (RSCC) in Hong Kong.
- Be the focal point for coordinating response to security incidents / crisis events which may expose the Bank's staff, business, reputation and / or facilities to risk.
- Monitoring, collation and analyzing security information obtained through specified public and private sources.
- Escalating events to RSS Management and / or Crisis Management Team (CMT) where appropriate.
- Travel security risk assessment and provide 24/7 assistance to business travellers.
- Producing management reports and drafting internal communication.
- One-stop loss / theft and payment account fraud reporting.
- Central contact point for reporting bogus telephone calls and fraud cases.
- Undertake central point of contact of all regional security communication and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System.
- 3-5 years’ working experience in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Experience general security technologies, processes, and concepts..
- Industry recognized security certifications (GCIA/GCIH, CISSP, CISA, CEH, etc.).
