Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to feedback emails, ensuring thoughtful engagement and resolution-focused correspondence;
- Utilise system to check past feedback cases or create new feedback cases for the necessary staff to follow up;
- For cases not under TC purview, assist feedback provider to lodge feedback with authorities where necessary;
- Provide support to Estate team for feedback handling;
- Miscellaneous administrative duties on adhoc basis;
- Any other duties as instructed by your supervisor / HOD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to handle high volumes of emails;
- Possess excellent and effective written communication;
- Be meticulous;
- IT savvy;
- To be stationed at Hougang Branch Office.
Working Hours either:
- Morning Shift: Mondays - Fridays: 8am - 1pm, 5 days workweek OR
- Afternoon Shift: Mondays - Fridays: 12pm - 5pm, 5 days workweek
