- Assist the Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Officer to issue Work Orders / HotSOS to Duty Engineers and Technicians.
- To compile all hardcopies of Daily Activities, Meter Readings and Maintenance Report and transfer in engineering e-folder.
- Preparation and submission of Monthly Maintenance and Utilities Report.
- Check the work load and efficiency of various sections.
- To monitor and update Maintenance Schedule for both in-house Engineering Team and outsource Contractors on daily basis.
- Ensure Duty Personnel and Vendors carry out the Room Preventive Maintenance (RPM) and the Periodic Plant Maintenance (PPM) works according to the scheme and schedule.
- Filing of Vendor’s Service Reports, Invoices and other documents.
- To assist Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Officer on Licensing and Maintenance Contracts expiry and renewal.
