Regional Training Assistant Manager (Daikin Solutions)

Training Analysis

  • Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates, specifically in Applied Product/System & Control Solutions
  • Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities

Training Management

  • Training management, especially for Applied Product/System & Control Solution training

LMS

  • Study , Plan and Develop of LMS
  • Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
  • Adopt feasible functions which catered to Daikin Training needs
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / any related disciplines
  • Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
  • Well versed in LMS/ HRM systems e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and building talent management systems
  • Have basic knowledge of Applied Product/ HVAC/Control will have an advantage
