- Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates, specifically in Applied Product/System & Control Solutions
- Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities
Training Management
- Training management, especially for Applied Product/System & Control Solution training
LMS
- Study , Plan and Develop of LMS
- Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
- Adopt feasible functions which catered to Daikin Training needs
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / any related disciplines
- Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
- Well versed in LMS/ HRM systems e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and building talent management systems
- Have basic knowledge of Applied Product/ HVAC/Control will have an advantage
