Duties and Responsibilities:
· Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and payment collection
· Any other admin duties and responsibilities as assigned by Doctor or Clinic Manager
· Basic housekeeping to ensure clinic is neat and clean
· Able to work on nights and weekends.
Job Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant
· Minimum GCE O level qualifications
· Basic computer skills
· Familiar with clinic workflow and system
· Good customer and communication skills
· English and dialects is essential
· Able to work independently
Clinic Details:
GP clinic within 5mins walking distance from Outram MRT
Clinic is closed on Wed, Sun and Public holidays
